My YouTube Channel started as a way to teach DIY and crafters how to use a Cricut cutting machine and design software which thrusted us into that market. What began as a way to make money and pay our bills by selling handmade items turned into a business that was #1 on the Fast 50–the 50 fastest growing companies in our region. When we left due to conflicts with a business partner, my wife and I had built three businesses, had over 140 employees and were selling a cumulative total of nearly $30M a year.
Throughout this four year period one of the constant questions that went unanswered was, “How do you track your orders?” Everyone comes up with their own solutions for the most part. Spreadsheets, legal pads, electronic forms software–you name it, people use it. This system is intended to fill that gap.
