If you’re reading this, you are at least curious enough to see what I’m doing. If you want to hear the details of some of the things I have accomplished in my career, just ask, I’m happy to share. Here’s a few things that will give you an idea who I am and where my skills are, currently.
- Experienced: Over 30 years experience in Information Technology specializing in Microsoft networks and operating systems, Linux, Internet/LAN/WAN technology and security, network monitoring, software development, e-commerce, software applications, operations, and more. I’m also an electronic engineer and have experience in other areas such as audio/video systems, security systems, CCTV, and more. I have held certifications from companies such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Citrix, ITIL, Disaster Recovery International, and more.

- Flexible: I do not claim to know everything. In fact, I’ve always said I only consider myself an expert at one thing–troubleshooting and problem resolution. Not being an expert is actually why most clients have worked with me over the years. I have a very wide range of skills having obtained a degree in electronic engineering combined with over three decades of field experience. This experience allows me to tackle most any challenge while having the wisdom of knowing when to say when.
- Reputable: Not only do I help businesses grow, I have owned and built several businesses. I was CEO of the Fastest Growing Company in Greater Louisville, Kentucky in 2020 with over 609% growth in three years. Having built and managed an e-commerce business that exceeded $20M/year in sales in just it’s third year and shipped more than one million orders in under four years, I know how to tackle and resolve challenges whether they are technical, logistical, or otherwise. Needless to say, I understand a great deal about most every aspect of operating a business.
